Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you made an error in your order details or shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in correcting the order if it has not yet been shipped.

2. Replacement Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item, we will happily replace it at no additional cost to you. Please follow these guidelines for replacements:

A. Damaged or Faulty Items:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide clear photos showing the damaged or faulty item.

We will initiate a replacement process.

B. Wrong Color or Size:

Email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours of receipt.

We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.

We offer Free Replacements for the following reasons:

Items are damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.

We sent the wrong item in terms of size, style, or color.

Please note that after 7 days of receiving the items, we cannot accept requests for item replacement for any reason.

3. Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy has a 30-day timeframe. If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

A. Product Inspection:

Wait until you receive your product before initiating a return.

The item must be in new, unopened, and original condition.

B. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse.

Please provide us with the tracking number for your return package.

C. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

The refund amount will be the full product price minus shipping costs.
